Tarte au Lait de Poule (6 personnes)
1 pâte brisée prête à l’emploi, 40cL de lait, 30cL de crème liquide, 3 oeufs, 150g de sucre (dont 20-30g de sucre vanillé), 4 cuillères a soupe de Maïzena.
Préchauffez le four à th 6-7 (200°) et mettez la pâte dans le moule. (petite astuce, laissez le papier qui entoure l pâte, il empèche que cela colle au bords du moule).
Battez les oeufs entiers avec le sucre jusqu’à ce que la préparation blanchisse.Ajoutez la Maïzena puis le lait et la crème, sans faire mousser.
Verser la préparation dans le moule puis enfournez pendant 30 min. Baissez le th à 6 (180°) puis laisser cuire encore 30 min.
Servez tiède ou froid.
